An amazing week in the sky

The views from this house cannot be beat. The best part of the house is the beauty you every day when you look outside. The pool is amazing and the house is very clean and it was plenty of space for our family of 5. We really felt it was a piece of heaven. We would strongly recommend using the eye masks provided. There are no window coverings so the sun wakes you up bright and early. Overall the week was wonderful and our family had an amazing stay at this house.

Wow!

The over all was Wow! From the Home, to the view was everything and more. They had a gift waiting on the counter along with waters, pool float, flip flops, slippers, robes,eye mask, etc. They even gave us recommendations which helped out a lot. I definitely recommend renting a jeep to get around. It was such an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back. We miss the view already. Thank you for everything!

Gorgeous View!

The view of Magen’s Bay is breathtaking from the outdoor pool area and from every window. The villa is well provisioned with kitchen items, toiletries and linens. We were welcomed with birthday decorations and a cake for our 14 year old son which was so thoughtful. Our concierge (Nicole) was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. If you rent a vehicle, make sure that you get 4 wheel drive bc the roods to the villa and the driveway are extremely steep with lots of curves/switch backs. Also, bring or use the sleep mask provided bc there are no window treatments at all and it bright. The owners must be quite risk averse bc there are warning signs everywhere to avoid liability. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found the setting/view to be very serene and relaxing.

6 Star Property

Breathtaking!!!! This villa looks even better than the pictures. The views of the Beach, Ocean and other islands all around. We are avid worldwide travelers and a group of six this is is the most beautiful views of the Caribbean. From the moment we reserved we conveniently received information on scan code with picture booklets inside suggesting what to do, where to go, excursions, chefs, top restaurants and they helped us plan each detail. When we got there there was a 24 hour concierge we texted for anything we needed--she even helped us get a taxi one night at MIDNIGHT when we had too much to drink and didn't want to drive the car. The villa was modern and I loved the spa showers. The pool views both day and night were mesmerizing. I Can't say enough about this property and the responsiveness of the staff...we are definitely coming BACK soon! Thank you for the best vacation.

Beautiful View but lacks attention to detail

This villa offers beautiful views of Magens bay. The view is undeniably gorgeous but the property is overall disappointing as a luxury rental. I have stayed in another luxury Villa in St. Thomas, and the lack of attention to detail and providing what should be expected in a property of this cost is below expectations. 1. The pool was too cold to use for the duration of our stay. It is reportedly heated but the owners were unable to acquire propane to heat the pool. 2. The hot water in the showers was inconsistent. Many of us had to take cold showers. There is lack of attention to detail as the faucets in the shower are mislabeled. 3. The microwave was broken. The on-call concierge was notified but it remained broken for the duration of our stay. 4. We noticed water leaking in the floor from a utility closet after our first day. Some handy people came by to address the water, but the common area bathroom was then deemed to be out of order for the rest of our stay. 5. There is no walkable beach which is okay if the pool is not freezing but frustrating if the pool is not heated during cooler months of the year. 6. There are no curtains on any windows. It traveling with a group, people can see straight in to your bedroom if they are hanging by the pool. 7. There are large tacky “warning signs” and “No entry signs” scattered all over the house and around the pool area. 8. The surround sound speakers require an iPod connection and has not been updated to accommodate modern technology/iPhones or micro-USB. 9. There were make up stains on the provided robes. 10. No shoes are allowed to be worn in the house. 11. The television is a smart TV but they lack cable or other ways of watching sports without logging in to one’s own provider. In sum, I Iove St. Thomas and the USVI. The view from this property is amazing but it is otherwise disappointing as a luxury villa.

Spectacular scenic views!

Overall, it was wonderful! The views from this house are spectacular. Location is good. House was good too, although we thought the beds were bigger. Getting around the island was a little challenging due to the amount of cash needed. But the taxi service we had was dependable and prompt. We would definitely rent this place again. Thank you!

Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic!

Villa Elegance is absolutely beautiful. The views are spectacular. Every bedroom is an en suite with gorgeous ocean views. The Villa is appointed with every amenity you could ask for. Communication was outstanding, with every process being seamless from the moment we booked. We took advantage of the complimentary concierge service, and can’t say enough about the attention we received. Jay helped us make dinner reservations each night, and we enjoyed some of the best meals we have had in our lives. We also chartered a boat with Captain Ricky at Ocean Point Charters. Again, we had one of the best days of our life. We really enjoyed everything and look forward to doing it again next year.

Villa Ellegance is an absolute rock-star property. The Villa is stunning, with bedrooms, living spaces, including the laundry room, and outdoor sitting areas that provide an amazing view of Megan’s beach and bay from a dizzying altitude. The Villa is the best equipped property in which we have stayed, and we have traveled extensively. Nothing was left wanting - the kitchen had everything ( and then some ) needed for meal preparation- robust array of spices , beautiful dishes, cooking wares and utensils, zip-lock bags, foil, detergent - need I go on. Each bathroom was equipped with an abundance of luxury towels . The poolside area similarly was equipped with a large number of sun-chairs and recliners and other sitting and relaxing areas. If the breath-taking view and property wasn’t enough, the property manager - Jay, catapulted this property to the top of desirable properties. We have never encountered such responsiveness as we experienced with Jay. No question or ask was left unanswered. Moreover, Jay secured wonderful excursion and restaurant events for us (Captain Ryan is fabulous and will thrill you with a wonderful day of boating). Jay also secured trustworthy taxi and grocery delivery services for us - as I mentioned, she is exceptional. This property is perfect for relaxation - located on the north side of the island in a quite neighborhood. We will certainly be back.
