This property needs a complete remodel. Spent 4 nights here and will never return. The good, the staff were all friendly, i only had 1 issue with them, as i waited almost 30 minutes for a cart to the lobby and missed the shuttle to the beach. That was resolved, as they put us in a taxi on them. The room could use updating but was ok. The bad, they never serviced my room in the 4 nights i stayed. I was informed at check-in they dont do it everyday but i wasn't informed they don't do it at all during your stay. I had hot water the first night only, ot was lukewarm at best every other time and you had to let it run to get that temperature. The bathroom door always got stuck and took 2 people to open. The beach was unusable, but we were informed beforehand but the smell was too much. The restaurant gets 2/10, we went 4 times, as nothing rlse was close. Per the waitress recommendation we got the seafood mac & cheese, which was delicious the first 2 times. The 3rd tasted old. The buffalo wings were good as well. Everything else we had was horrible. The nachos were stale. The jerk pork tacos were sweet, nothing jerk about them. Hotel is pretty boring. The staff is the only good thing about this hotel.
