Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood of Statesboro, Southern Haven offers a relaxing retreat with plenty of room for groups and families. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the front living room, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Whether you’re here for a Georgia Southern game, visiting friends and family, or exploring downtown Statesboro, this home is your perfect home base

The Space:
Step inside and enjoy a warm, inviting atmosphere with thoughtful touches throughout. Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV for winding down at the end of the day. Bedding arrangements include:

Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2: 1 King bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed

Front Living Room: Full sleeper sofa

We also have a twin rollaway bed available for guest use.

The full kitchen is stocked with essentials for preparing meals, and the spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax and gather. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, making longer stays a breeze.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home, including the kitchen, living spaces, laundry, and backyard. Please note: the shed out back is completely off-limits.

Southern Haven is located in a quiet, residential area of Statesboro that offers both privacy and convenience. Within a short drive, you’ll find:

Georgia Southern University – catch a football game or explore the beautiful campus.

Getting Around:
Parking is available in the driveway and is free of charge. A car is recommended for exploring Statesboro and the surrounding areas, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available locally.

Other Things to Note:
No pets allowed.

No smoking inside the home.

No parties or events.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighbors.

The backyard shed is not accessible to guests.
