With a spacious fenced backyard ideal for pre-game practice, a grill, fire pit, and modern amenities, this home provides the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

The Space:
Step inside to find a warm and inviting space featuring smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements with one queen-sized bed, one full sized bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering, whether you’re enjoying a home-cooked meal or unwinding after a day at the park. Outside, the expansive fenced backyard is great for pets, grilling, or a quiet evening around the fire pit under the stars.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home, including the shared driveway, all living spaces, and outdoor amenities. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay with easy self-check-in.

While the home is close enough to Mill Creek Park to walk, a personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the rest of Statesboro. The property features ample parking for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules: No parties or events are allowed. Please respect the quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and be mindful of neighbors during your stay.
No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property, including both indoors and outdoor spaces.
Essentials Provided: Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are included for your comfort.
Pets are welcome for a $50 per pet fee.
