Not into driving? Simply stow your car in the one-car garage and ride the free city bus anywhere you need to go!

This spacious townhome is split over three levels and features tons of natural light with vaulted ceilings. Walk into luxury as you enter on the main level to find a plush living area with a crackling fireplace, large flat screen TV, and seating for your whole group. A fully equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining area with seating for four, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for two. Step out and breathe in the fresh mountain air from your private deck off the living room featuring seating for two making it the perfect spot for a morning cup of joe!

Ready to turn in? Head upstairs to find the Primary King Suite and small office nook, perfect for remote work. The Primary Suite features an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, large soaking tub, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. Head downstairs to the lower level and find the second lounge area equipped with Queen pull out sofa and another flat screen TV, perfect for a movie night. Also on this floor find the second King bedroom with flat screen TV, shared bathroom, laundry room, and access to the second private patio including an electric grill from the lounge area.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Primary Suite, King in the second bedroom, and Queen pull out sofa in the lower level lounge. Sleeps up to six guests.

This condo is beautiful and so perfectly located in downtown Steamboat. The public bus system in town is top notch, so getting on the mountain to ski each day can't be any easier. Perfectly located-- loved hearing the brook and being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Garage is a tight fit, but immaculate. Kitchen is inviting and very well- equipped. We stayed with young kids for spring break, and it was a seamless ski trip. We loved the free bus to the slopes. The bus stop is very close. We kept our ski gear at the lockers that come with the vacation rental. We walked to Old Town Hot Springs. We loved being close to restaurants. We walked to Howelsen Park for sledding. The condo was clean, spacious and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Can walk to everything

The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds and bedding were comfortable and we loved the autumn leaves framing the main window. I never moved my car out of the garage as we walked to every restaurant, shopping and there is a great trail behind the unit. There are lots of stairs so people unable to use stairs easily might have a hard time.

Mountain hiking trip to Steamboat Springs.

After long hiking days out of town we wanted a convenient condo in town so we could walk to eat & shop. It was a great location that had large windows with trees to view. The property managers were on the spot to help us with anything. Comfortable inside whether it was the bedding to the appliances. Our long suv didn’t fit in the garage, but parking was easy steps away. We were very happy with everything!!

Spectacular home with activities and restaurants outside your door!

The home was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed during our three night stay. Outside your door were trails and restaurants. We parked the car in the garage and only needed it to explore other nearby hiking trails. Communication with the property management company was spot on! Would definitely return to this lovely home. !

What a great place to stay while visiting Steamboat Springs! This condo was so convenient to literally everything! The (free) bus stop is less than a block away and you can catch an express bus straight to the mountain. Loved this condo so much! Can’t wait to book another visit there soon!!
