The location simply can’t be beat at this chic townhome downtown Steamboat Springs, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, walking and hiking trails, and minutes to the mountain. Grab a cup of coffee and step outside onto your covered deck for some of that bright blue mountain sunshine first thing in the morning. Breakfast is a breeze, thanks to the modern kitchen with beautiful, solid-wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for four, and then head out to explore. Guests of the Alpenglow condos have access to the Gondola Ski Club, a large, custom ski locker where you can stash your gear, so you don’t have to worry about carrying it around every day of your vacation.

Return in the evening to get cozy in front of that gorgeous gas fireplace while you watch the lights come up in town through your floor-to-ceiling picture window. Grab a spot on that leather sofa and watch some TV, or grab a board game for a bit more together time. If you’ve got any remote work to catch up on, the desk in the loft upstairs is the perfect spot. Head off to bed after one perfect day in Steamboat, with another to come tomorrow.

Lovely location and view

This property delivered on everything promised and then some. The location is close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, recreation including the Yampa River. Being able to park in the garage was a nice plus especially during mid May heavy snow. They also included toiletries and ample kitchen equipment. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location for Fun in Steamboat Springs

We loved this unit - well-equipped kitchen and plenty of hanging out space. Being downtown is great when group wants to split up - free bus to the slopes a block away makes it super easy and the locker on mountain is a huge plus!

Great location and very comfortable

We loved our stay here. The location is ideal for downtown to walk to shops and restaurants. The is a bus around the corner to go to the mountain. However when I inquired Vacasa they told me we had to drive to the mountain. The only downfall is that there is a very small garage. I little tricky to pull in and out. We had to find other overnight parking for our other car. The information for over night parking is very inconsistent. We want to the lot we were told to park but by the sign said parking until 2 am. All the information online is also inconsistent. We parked one night and the next day for 100

Perfect location

Great location property as described and really well stocked. Only bad side is getting in and out of the garage is very difficult because the home in front of it is so close. Other than that a perfect place all restaurants and things to do are close by walking distance to everything.

Cozy Chalet

The property is beautiful and very cozy, the bedrooms on the second floor and basement offered a nice separation for the two couples (and baby). The property was very clean for the most part and you can tell it was set up with care. Beautiful views of the mountains. My only comment would be that the listing didn't share how restrictive the parking would be. There is one free spot in a very small garage that, thankfully, we were able to fit our car into but my inlaws had to find parking elsewhere. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place.

Convenient Steamboat Stay

Loved the location, the view, and the access to the mountain. The Gondola Club was also wonderful--no carrying skis and boots every day. Close to restaurants, river walk, and the free bus to the slopes. Had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Great location in steamboat

My family likes to stay in town when visiting steamboat. Being Able to walk to dinner and have drinks without driving is a necessity! Getting to the slopes is easy using the public lot and shuttle. Our dog loves the location as well... easy walks and great views of howellson hill.

Fantastic Location

Great location! Walk out the door to shops and restaurants. Quick drive to the mountain. Super clean and well equipped property. Had some communication issues with the management company, but we were able to work around it. Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely consider staying here again.

Winter Wedding

We came up for the weekend for a last minute courthouse wedding during a snow storm. The unit is just a two minute walk to the historic courthouse and has an awesome view of Emerald Mtn. The unit is three stories; master bedroom is upstairs, kitchen/living room main floor, second bedroom and private sitting area are on the bottom floor. This is an excellent condo for dogs because the bottom floor has a sliding glass door right out to a small outdoor patio. There is a large empty lot right in front of the unit also. The garage is very small, one car and difficult to angle into. I drive a Toyota Highlander and it barely fit, we had to back it in from the alley, not 6th street. But, besides that it was the most enjoyable stay and very convenient for our needs. Steamboat is lovely when it snows and being next to the gas fireplace watching the serene landscape was therapeutic.

Stay away.

Washing machine was broken and local management knew it. Got in contact via text. They responded via text to know if they could come by to deal with. We said yes and nothing happened/no one showed up. Called Vacasa 800# and after much back and forth, was told that local management was aware of the problem and it would be fixed Monday or Tuesday of following week; after our check out. Asked to talk to local rep and they never responded. Window opener in bedroom also broken. Place is getting old and needs updating. Had stayed here last August without issue. Will not stay in any Vacasa property again given their lack of responsiveness and POOR customer support. Would not have rented had we known that the washer was broken. Added considerable problem for groom of the wedding we were attending.....

We absolutely loved this townhouse! It is very tastefully decorated and styled. You can't beat the location with a coffee shop around the corner and all the boutique stores and best restaurants within walking distance. You can listen and see the river from the 2nd floor balcony and see beautiful views from the family room. Easy for a dog with a large grassy field right in front of the townhouse and the river walkway just beyond the field. Would highly recommend! Truly a great place to stay.

Amazing location and amazing house!

This really gives you the best of both worlds. Out your big window you get a beautiful Mountain View and can watch the skiers but you’re also right in the middle of the downtown by the restaurants and shops! 10/10.

Very comfortable home with a great location

We were extremely comfortable during our stay and loved the views and location. First trip to Steamboat but plan on returning and would always stay here if it's available. Spacious, full of light and very clean. Well equipped although a can opener would be a useful addition to the kitchen.

Great Experience!

Great experience! Easy access to shops and restaurants. Short walk to bus stop, quick ride to slopes. Beautiful condo, best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Spotless when we arrived. Loved fireplace and view. Would rent again in a heartbeat!
