Torian Plum 113 is a luxurious three-bedroom condo in the Creekside building. This ski-in/ski-out rental features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. There is also a dining area with a large table. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, views of the ski area, and access to the private balcony. There are four HDTVs, three Blu-ray players and free WiFi for your enjoyment. This retreat also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning for your convenience. The main bedroom has a king bed and an attached main bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and an additional full bathroom. For extra sleeping space, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, fitness room, ski lockers, and on-call shuttle services to take guests to shopping, dining and other local activities. Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
