Bronze Tree 106, by Mountain Vacation Lodging, offers an exceptional base-area location combined with spacious bedrooms, quality furnishings, and strong on-site amenities. With a King bed and two Queen beds, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups in any season.

The Property:
This well-designed condo features two large ensuite bedrooms on opposite sides of an open living area, providing both privacy and separation of space. The primary suite includes a King bed, stylish metal spindle headboard, bedside lighting, and direct views toward the Wild Blue Gondola and ski slopes, often the first thing you'll see in the morning. The room includes a wall-mounted TV and a walk-through closet leading to a spacious bathroom with dual vanities and an updated walk-in shower. The second bedroom is larger and includes two Queen beds, a wall-mounted TV, a dresser, and sliding glass doors to frame your ski area and base views, as well as for patio access. It also features a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo suitable for all ages.

The central living area separates the bedrooms and creates a comfortable gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. The open layout allows you to cook, dine, and relax while enjoying ski slope views through large sliding doors. The living room includes a gas fireplace, dining space, and seating for work or relaxation. The private patio extends the living space with views of the mountain and Yampa Valley. This ground-floor unit is conveniently located near building amenities including ski access, ski lockers, pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and shared laundry.

Location:
This is a true ski-in/walk-out location in Steamboat's base area. Ski directly back to the building, store gear in the locker room, and access the slopes just steps away via the Bronze Tree stairs. The entire ski area base, including dining, shopping, and après-ski options, are all within walking distance. In summer, you will enjoy immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as the family favorite beaches along Burgess Creek. While the base area provides restaurants, bars, shops, and activities just outside your door, getting to other parts of town is easy. With ski-season shuttle service and year-round free city bus access, your vehicle can sit idle in the underground garage.

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– After booking, we provide arrival instructions and local support before and during your stay.
– The building has step-free entry via elevator access to the condo level. The unit itself is single-level. A threshold step is required to access the patio. Some shared amenities (pool, hot tubs, ski lockers, ski slope side exterior exit) require one flight of stairs from all condos.
– Parking is provided for one vehicle (upper or underground garage). Underground clearance is 6'2”. No RVs or trailers per HOA rules. Additional off-site parking options may exist. Contact us in advance, if you will have more than one vehicle.
– Winter access may require AWD/4WD and appropriate tires, as mountain passes can be involved depending on route and conditions.

** Pet Free - Pets AND Service Animals are NOT PERMITTED in the property or on the premises. This is a privately owned home and is a PET FREE property. Due to the existence of pet allergies, this home is marketed and maintained as free of pet hair and dander. Allowing pets or service animals would result in a fundamental alteration of the nature of the property, and may pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others. Therefore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act, PETS AND/OR SERVICE ANIMALS are not permitted in the home or on the premises. There may be circumstances that create an exception to this policy, but only if the Guest provides advance notice of the presence of a service animal in writing before booking, and receives specific approval.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. Great place! Accurate pictures. Easy check in/check out and good communication. Older building but nicely updated inside the unit. We went for a fall family trip and really appreciated the indoor pool/hot tub/sauna. It was nice to have some board games, good tv's, and some grass for the kids to play on outside. Great Location

This condo is located in a great location very short walk across the street to the mountain and it's ski in at the end of the day. It is walking distance to the base and has a shuttle service you can call at any time. The condo was clean and well stocked for cooking meals. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for our family of five!

We were looking for something convenient and low key for our ski trip since it was the first time our three kids had skied. The condo was perfect! Free shuttle service that was easy to use, ski in/ski out convenience, great hot tub/pool facilities, clean and comfortable lodging, and super responsive management. We are hoping to do it all over again in the coming years!

This is a great property. We stayed 16 days in summer. Convenient location with beautiful views. The unit is very comfortable with a great layout and is nicely furnished and well stocked. The designated parking space and unit location within the building are perfect. Super quiet It felt like home and we didn't want to leave. Communication with property management was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous place with outstanding view

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The place was spotless, views were outstanding enjoyed the patio. The condo was extremely well stocked with everything you could use and more. (couldn't find a baking sheet though) Loved the shuttle service especially since I have to use a cane (post surgery). Would definitely stay there again. Only complaint is they need a better system for reservations made on short notice.

Great location, everything you need

Perfect location right across street from slopes. Easy walk out to slope and can ski right back to condo via a path off of Right-of-way. Easy access for ski lockers. Great views of gondola and Base area. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Shuttle was a big help getting to town to get groceries. Really have no complaints. Would stay there again.

We loved this condo as it was well furnished and well appointed and has a great view of the mountain. If we had been skiing (its summer now) it would have been ideal as the access is so easy. Its on the bottom floor which was great as we had a private little patio and garden to ourselves. The unit is really private and quiet. Nice pool and massive hot tub, good gym. The complex is extremely well maintained. Rental managment very responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend this place. Better than being across the street right on that mountain which is NOT private and noisy.

A very nice space

A very nice clean space. I didn't realize there isn't AC and we went in July so it was a bit warm. Opening the windows in the evening when it cooled down and having the fans there we could use helped.

Perfect Ski Vacation Property

Property was accurately presented in listing. The unit was more updated than some others on property. Had the amenities we wanted both in condo and on property. A lot of redundancy with owner communication and resort communication, with owner preference to contact them first. Their response time was quick, however. Not a true ski out but definitely a ski in when snow is abundant. Pool, hot tub and sauna was a nice addition. Walking distance to gondola village that has shopping and restaurants to satisfy every palate.

Great location, comfortable, cozy condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is recently remodeled - great bathrooms and kitchen and comfortable eating and living area. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed during a ski trip and found the location easy to navigate with a short walk out and easy to ski in. This unit is quiet and close to ski lockers, hot tub and free laundry. Unit has everything needed to cook - including a great coffee maker and a crockpot! The property was exactly as described. The check-in process was very easy and owners and management company were very helpful. This place is a great value and walk out/ski in beats the shuttle any day! We would definitely stay again - a perfect spot for a family vacation.
