Residences at Bear Claw #1 is a new construction duplex adjacent to the Bear Claw and Edgemont Condominiums that offers ski-in/ski-out privileges less than 100 feet from Stampede Run (green). The home accommodates up to 18 guests between 5 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms across four spacious levels. With its modern amenities, expansive Yampa Valley and Gondola views, and convenient location to the ski runs, this home is perfect for your next Steamboat Springs retreat.

Guests enter the home on the main level (3rd floor) which serves as a central gathering place to unwind. The living room has comfortable seating, a large television, two oversized sliding doors to enjoy the surrounding views and a gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen has been thoughtfully designed and well-appointed for fixing snacks for on the go or gathering for a sit-down meal. For added convenience, a powder room is located on the main level.

The upper level (4th floor) was designed with relaxation in mind. Settle into the oversized plush sofa to enjoy entertainment on the 85” television or strike up some friendly competition at the pool table. Whether you're catching up on your favorite TV series, enjoying a movie marathon, or cheering on your sports team, this is the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. The upper level also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a queen bed in the roomy closet to maximize occupancy.

Bedroom Accommodations
The 2nd floor hosts two of the homes' guest bedrooms. At one end of the hall, the primary bedroom awaits with a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private balcony with Valley views, spacious walk-in closet, and luxurious ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, bathtub, and dual vanities. On the other end, a king bedroom offers a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single sink vanity. In-home laundry can be found in the hallway of the 2nd level.

The lower level (1st floor) of the home has three additional private bedrooms. On the front end, a queen bedroom offers balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink vanity. In the center, a queen bedroom offers a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single sink vanity. Further down the hallway, a bunk room awaits with two sets of custom built-in queen over queen bunks – perfect for children! This bedroom has a spacious layout and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink vanity. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable bed linens and a television.

The lower level of the home hosts an additional entertainment space! This area offers a table with seating for four, a mounted television, a wet bar with beverage fridge and Keurig coffee maker, and a second set of in-home laundry.

Additional Amenities
Residences at Bear Claw #1 is equipped with complimentary WIFI and fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper and tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap), detergents (dish soap and dishwasher detergent), as well as bed linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishware, glassware, utensils, salt and pepper, and a sample bag of coffee for your first morning.

Guests of Residences at Bear Claw #1 enjoy complimentary use of the Elevated Properties shuttle (for ski season reservations only) on an on-call basis. Simply use our shuttle app (which operates like many popular rideshare apps) to request a ride anywhere in the mountain or downtown areas. Information on downloading and using our app will be provided prior to check-in.
