We have a strict no pets policy. Please plan to leave your furry friend at home as due to HOA policy absolutely no pets are allowed in Short Term Rentals . Also , the Hot Tub is typically closed for yearly maintenance immediately after ski season ends until Early May and then again mid October thru Opening Day in November.

It is close to the base ski area, .3 miles or a short 3-4 min walk, with multiple restaurants, ski shops, and shopping in the area.

No stairs or elevator needed to get into the condo unit. The condo is on the 4th floor, however, given the setup of the condo it is on the same floor you enter on making it easy to get all your gear unpacked. You walk in, turn right, and the condo is at the end of the hall only about 10 steps from the entrance.

Each room has large windows that bring in natural light and heat throughout the day along with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo has a Master suite with a new King size bed, a private bathroom, closet, and TV with Streaming Channels including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus.

The 2nd bedroom also has a new King size bed and has two windows that open up to views of the ski mountain and sunset. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the living room/kitchen area.

There is a third fold out couch which can act as a third bed in the living room area along with a Pack-N-Play if needed.

The ski in/ski out location is accessed either via an elevator in the unit or by walking down a few floors down. You will also have access to a ski locker on the bottom floor where you ski in/ski out for the day making the transition super easy. The condo is located off the Right-O-Way beginner's run at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. You can easily access the slopes with a short walk from the property, and then enjoy the ultimate convenience of skiing or snowboarding straight back to your building.

When you first enter the condo you will have a nice sit down area with boot, goggle and jacket storage to get your gear on and off, along with boot warmers to freshen your boots for your time on the slopes! Enough space for 4-6 adults to sit, and to store all your ski gear and get ready for a day on the slopes .

The Kitchen has been remodeled and updated including an open floor plan with stainless steel appliances, along with all the essentials to make and enjoy all meals throughout the day including a Keurig coffee maker with pods included (light, medium and dark roast options provided for your stay).

You will have access to a private balcony with views of the mountain and also a hot tub and sauna shared only with the two smaller condo complexes (hot tub also has amazing views of the mountain). The Hot Tub is typically closed for cleaning from mid/late April to Memorial Day, and then also October 1st thru opening Day (typically end of November).

There are also coin washers and dryers on the bottom floor of the condo complex that you can use if needed.

Entire condo will be stocked with all the essentials you would find in a hotel including soap, shampoo and conditioner, clean fresh towels and linens, and Keurig coffee maker with pods.
