Just a quick walk from the hot tub, this lower corner unit enjoys a large, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room area, perfect for entertaining your guests with spirits from Steamboat Whiskey Company, less than four miles north!

This cozy, family friendly condo features a gas fireplace in the living area and an exposed wooden beam ceiling which really adds to its charm. As with all of the condos here, there is a well-equipped, full kitchen and a roomy dining area. For outdoor dining, the furnished patio with a table and chairs is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. This home also had a brand new split air conditioning system installed (2024) to make those warm summer time days extra comfortable

The Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features an attached bathroom. There is a twin-over-full bunk bed and a separate twin in the second bedroom. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living area for additional guests you may have.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise & Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just 3.5 miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course + lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
