Welcome to the historic Stephentown Hotel! This unique property offers the entire building with four private apartments, each with its own entrance. Whether you`re planning a family reunion, a group ski trip, or a serene getaway, this space is perfect for up to 28 guests.

- Total Capacity: 28 guests
- Bedrooms: 10 (4 King beds, 6 Queen beds, 2 pullout sofas, 2 regular couches)
- Bathrooms: 6
- Living Rooms: 5
- Kitchens: 4
- Arcade Rooms: 4 (one in every apartment)
- Outdoor Spaces: 2 private amenity areas with fire pits, BBQs, outdoor games, picnic tables, fire wood, fire starter and more.

Apartment Breakdown:

- Apartment 1 (1st FL): 2 Bedrooms (two Queen beds), 1 Bathroom, Living Room with 2 Sleeper Sofas, Large Eat-in Kitchen, Arcade. Capacity: 6 guests.

- Apartment 2 (1st FL): Studio Layout, 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Pullout Couch, 1 Sleeper Sofa, Eat-in Kitchen, Private Deck, Arcade. Capacity: 4 guests.

Apartment 3 (1st/2nd FL): Triplex with 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, Large Eat-in Kitchen, Arcade, Private Washer/Dryer, Large Deck. Capacity: 12 guests.

Apartment 4 (2nd FL): 2 Bedrooms (King and Queen beds), 1 Bathroom, Living Room with Queen Pullout, Large Eat-in Kitchen, Arcade, Large Deck, Private Washer/Dryer. Capacity: 6 guests.

- Ductless AC units with individual remotes in every bedroom and living room.
- Two washer/dryer units available (in Apartments 3 and 4).
- Keurig machines, Smart TVs, blackout shades, and more in each apartment.
- Culligan water filtration system for fresh-tasting water throughout the building.
- S’mores goodie bags included for stays between May 1st and November 1st.
- fully furnished kitchens with pots, pans, utensils, and basic cooking supplies. Enjoy complimentary water bottles, granola bars, oatmeal packets, microwavable popcorn, and a Keurig machine with K-Cups, sugar, creamer, and tea. In addition, included with your stay is soap, shampoo and conditioner. Just in case you left at home we also include an individually wrapped toothbrush and package of Colgate toothpaste!

- Two fire pits, BBQs, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, and backyard games.

Pets: We love pets and try to ensure you and your furry friends enjoy your trip! There is a $25 pet fee per pet. Any damage, unannounced or non-permitted pets will incur a $250 charge. With that in mind, we ask you to clean up as best as possible.

History & Location:
The Stephentown Hotel, built in the 1860s, is a historical gem and the last of four original railroad hotels in the area. Featured in the 2009 film `Taking Woodstock` by Ang Lee. Located minutes from Jiminy Peak Ski Resort, nestled in the serene Berkshire Mountains, right on the NY/MASS border. The hotel underwent a 3 year gut renovation reopening in 2023.

Enjoy skiing at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, horseback riding at Cinch `em Up Stables, Blacksmith Knife Making Classes at Heather`s Heart Forge Blacksmith, local independent bookstore Braveheart Books & Bazaar, and many more adventures and local experiences listed in our guidebook. We created two maps of nearby restaurants, bars, farm stands, breweries, orchards, activities and adventures.

All guests are required to provide a copy of their ID prior to arrival. The host assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using and staying in our unit or in the common areas.

Check In: 4PM / Check Out: 10AM.
**If interested in late check out, please ask! The cleaning service often has a short time between guests to get the home ready for the next guest, so there will be a $500 fee for anyone who has not checked-out by that time. **

Overstaying without the Host`s Consent Policy:
Guest(s) agree that a confirmed booking is merely a license granted by the Host to the Guest to enter and use the Listing for the limited duration of the confirmed booking and in accordance with the Guest`s agreement with the Host. Guest(s) further agree to leave our property no later than 10:00AM on the day of check-out. If a Guest(s) stays past the agreed upon check-out time without the Host`s consent, the Guest(s) no longer has permission to stay at our property and the Host is entitled to make the Guest(s) leave. In addition, Guest(s) agree that the Host can charge the Guest(s), an additional night of that day’s base rate without discount and any loss of business or refunds to other guests caused by not checking out on time (this does not entitle you to stay an additional night or give you permission to remain at our property).

Quiet Household Hours: 10:00 pm-8:00 am Guests are expected to be respectful and courteous of the peace and serenity of neighbors and surrounding community at all times.

Communication is of the utmost importance. If you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or another platform, all communication will be sent via that platform’s messaging system. If you booked directly, we’ll communicate with you by email or text. Please make sure you can access messages from your booking method so you’re always promptly updated.

Safety & Security: This property features 24/7 video security monitoring of all entryways and does not invade personal privacy. Any efforts to disable, tamper with, or obscure security equipment is a felony and will be subject to immediate removal with no refunds.

Cooking: When cooking in the kitchen, practice safe cooking habits do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong-smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure, deep cleanings, or making a mess that requires additional cleaning will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250 per occurrence.

Smoking: The units are non-smoking. There will be a $250 fee for smoking / smoke damage per unit.

Checkout instructions:
- Towels: Please leave all towels hanging or on the bathroom floor.
- Dishes: Kindly leave all dishes, silverware, pots, and pans in the dishwasher. If you can start the dishwashers, it would be greatly appreciated but not required.
- Trash: Please bag and throw all trash in the cans (in the rear of the property in the parking area).

Pets: Pets must be given permission. There is a $25 fee per pet for additional cleaning. Any damage, unannounced or non-permitted pets will incur a $250 charge.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.

Room Privacy Policy:
Host and/or Host’s employees have the right to enter your room without permission if you have a complaint about any aspect in your room that needs addressing, if the Host believes that you are engaging in illegal acts, or any reason to be concerned about Guest(s) safety, if Guest stays past check-out time, if any emergency repairs need to be made, and/or housing keeping.

Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Please do not rearrange our furniture.

Lastly, because this is also my home when I stay in Stephentown, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. Respect our property and our things.

Our big group had a lot of fun staying at the Stephentown Hotel. The space was clean and had plentiful TVs and arcade games to keep the kids busy. The kitchen had an air fryer and ice machine, which we didn't use, but definitely appreciated!

We stayed there with four families in between Christmas and New Years. Dillon was an excellent, responsive host, and the place was great. Each unit was warm and welcoming, with updated furnishings from a recent renovation. We had 9 kids aged 8 and under between the four groups, and they loved the arcade games in each unit (as did many of the parents). We had two families sharing the Unit 1 triplex, and a family of four in unit 4 and a family of 5 in unit 4, leaving the unit 2 studio as a common hang out area. The adults mostly congregated in the large living room in unit 4, and the kids bounced back and forth between 2 and 4. We were there to ski at Jiminy Peak, which was less than 10 minutes away. Two of the three nights we ate dinner at Norte Azul, which is about a block away. We will definitely be returning in the future.
