This spacious home can accommodate up to 10 guests with views of the water from both levels of the house, all furnished island style! The main story of the house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a pull out bed in the couch. Downstairs has 2 queen beds, one twin bed, and one bathroom. There are multiple places to dine inside and outside. Get your vacation fitness on in the gym that includes a stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, versa climber, and a light dumbbell set. Or enjoy natures gym right outside the front door with miles of paved waterfront walking/biking paths. Then relax and unwind in the covered outdoor hot tub!

The entire home, furnished basement, fenced backyard, entire driveway, gym, & hot tub is accessible to guests. There is a detached 4 car garage and detached outbuilding on the property that are not available to guests. tons of parking available. Great for boat/trailer parking.

Stevenson, WA is a small town and welcomes vacation goers! This home is located steps away from the Skamania Fairgrounds, Skamania Lodge, Columbia Gorge Interpretive Center. Take a short walk to the grocery store, many local restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, waterfront farmers market, and many more fun places to see! Ample parking is available throughout town as well to visit any of the above. This home is less than a 5 minute drive to The Bridge of the Gods, 10 minute drive to Beacon Rock, 30 minute drive to Hood River, and 45 minutes to Portland.

All the essentials are accessible walking! But if you`d like to drive, ample parking is available throughout town.
