This 2-BD, 1-BA home is located beside the play area, perfect for families and available year-round. Enjoy a spacious living area, full kitchen, and large deck. Guests enjoy access to the resort’s popular amenities, including sandy beaches, three swimming pools, sports courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, scenic ponds, and more.

THE SPACE
Chalet OM features warm wood interiors and an open main level designed for gathering. The first-floor layout creates a spacious living area with comfortable seating and direct access to the large outdoor deck, where you can enjoy open views of the lake and fresh Michigan breezes. Whether you are relaxing after a beach day or winding down in the evening, the layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The adjacent dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals, games, and family conversation. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer flexible, family-friendly sleeping arrangements, making this chalet well-suited for families or groups traveling together. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the main level for added convenience.

Two dedicated parking spaces are included for convenient arrivals and unloading. Please note that this home does not have a washer or dryer, though a nearby laundromat is available.

Spend your days exploring golden Lake Michigan beaches, boutique wineries, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants that define the region’s coastal charm. Nearby St. Joseph and New Buffalo offer vibrant shopping, galleries, and seasonal festivals, while local trails, nature preserves, and orchards invite peaceful outdoor adventures.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
