Cocoonr offers you this charming 31 m² studio, located on the 5th floor of a residence with lift access, ideally situated in the heart of Strasbourg, between Place Kléber and Place Broglie, just a stone’s throw from the Aubette shopping centre.

Designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, this contemporary haven stands out for its elegance and functional layout. Fully renovated in 2018, it has been awarded a 3-star rating by ADT (Alsace Destination Tourisme) and offers a refined, calming setting, perfect for a couple’s getaway, a trip with friends, or a business stay.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, housekeeping is included and 4-star hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided. For your comfort, the bed will be carefully made up before your arrival.


The accommodation is laid out as follows :

- A bright and elegantly arranged living area, where the spaces are open and harmoniously distributed, with a lounge including a comfortable sofa, TV, coffee table, and an intimate dining area for 2 people.
- A kitchen area located on the left, fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooking hobs, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and plenty of kitchen utensils, designed to combine practicality and comfort.
- A sleeping area located on the right, with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), clearly defined to provide the ideal environment in which to fully unwind.
- A spacious, well-kept bathroom separate from the main room, with shower cubicle, washbasin vanity unit, toilet, and washing machine.
- Additional amenities: hairdryer, ironing board and iron, for a fully independent stay.

Located right in the city centre, you will enjoy a prime location for discovering Strasbourg on foot. Place Kléber and the Aubette shopping centre are a 5-minute walk away, Notre-Dame Cathedral is 6 minutes away, the Palais du Rhin is 7 minutes away, and Place du Jardin de la République is 8 minutes away. You will also find the FestiPain bakery and a Monoprix supermarket nearby, as well as numerous shops, restaurants and cafés in the UNESCO-listed historic centre.


Transport :

If you are coming by car, the recommended parking options are Broglie car park and Homme de Fer car park (€44 per day), located 200 m from the accommodation.

For getting around :

- The “Broglie” tram stop (lines B, C & F) is less than a 2-minute walk away.
- The “Homme de Fer” tram stop (lines B, C & F) is a 4-minute walk away.
- The central station is a 15-minute walk away and 10 minutes by tram.
- Strasbourg International Airport is reachable in 35 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by car.
