YOUR UNIT
Welcome to 905 South Illinois Street in Streator, IL. This is a 2-unit building. You are staying in Unit 2.
The grey building is located on the corner of South Illinois Street and Maple Street. Unit 2 (on the Maple Street side of the building) has a private fenced yard (about 4 feet high) with a children's playset. You cannot miss it!
PARKING
Unit 2 guests enjoy free parking on the Maple Street side of the building.
ENTER THE FENCED YARD
Lift the latch of the fence (inside of the fence) and enter the yard. Walk on the pavement as you pass by the children's playset on your right. Proceed to the door of unit 2 (on the Maple Street side). Enter the security code you have been given to gain entrance.
HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking or vaping allowed on the property.
3. No pets please.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please donât eat or drink in the bedrooms.
6. Please be courteous and maintain the quiet hours to respect guests who may be in the other unit or other neighbors.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. Please take care of the furnishings and all items in the unit. You have to pay for damages that exceed normal wear and tear.
9. Please donât rearrange the furniture.
10. Please do your dishes (wash, dry, and put away).
11. Please take the trash out before you leave.
12. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
13. Please do not track dirt/mud/snow/other substances into the unit.
14. Guests are responsible for extra cleaning or replacement of flooring that is stained/damaged by dirt/mud/snow/other substances.
15. Notify us if there is any malfunction of appliances, or other issues.

A Home Security system is in place on the property for your safety. Cameras record activity in outside public areas (there are no cameras, of course, inside the units, for privacy reasons). At check-in you will be given a guest pass code and instructions on how to use the security system.
