When we arrived, the apartment immediately gave us a beautiful, authentic Italian feeling. Itâs an old, antique-style apartment, very charming and well-maintained. Everything was clean â the beds, linens, pillows, and the entire space were in great condition.
The apartment has two terraces (balconies), both offering an absolutely stunning view â truly a 10/10 for the view. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet; you can even hear birds in the morning. The fresh air and the mountain location made the stay feel very special, especially in a tourist area like Stresa.

We highly recommend this apartment â it was a wonderful experience.
A couple of small downsides:
- The TV is quite small (around 22 inches); a larger one (around 40â42 inches) would improve the experience.
- The garage is very tight. Itâs suitable for smaller cars (like a Fiat Punto, CitroĂ«n C3, or Mazda 3), but not for larger vehicles like a BMW 5 Series wagon. I had to park on the street instead.
- The water pressure in the shower could be improved. The water (both hot and cold) worked well, but the flow was a bit weak. A stronger pump or higher pressure would make the shower experience much better.
Overall, a fantastic stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting.
