When we first pulled up, the manager was arguing with an employee or person renting a room in front. We got to the room so late. I noticed that it wasnāt the cleanest, went to the the staff requesting the bedding and room be cleaned with new linen for the bathroom. I was informed that since Covid, theyāre not allowed to clean the rooms and proceeded to let me know that I was responsible for getting the laundry to the appropriate location to receive any new linen. I paid for my whole stay upfront and only ended up staying two nights. The door was locked before I can even go back in and get my second round of belongings, so wasnāt even able to obtain personal stuff. They refuse to give a refund for the night so I was not there.
