This is a cozy, hotel-style studio featuring a spacious king bed—perfect for some and extra cozy for others. Parking is directly out front, and you'll enter through the clearly marked “Jennifer's Room” sign. Inside, you'll find a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (no stove or oven), plus a coffee nook for your morning pick-me-up. Please note there is no washer/dryer. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor patio and courtyard for lounging and dining al fresco.

Pet policy: 1 dog is welcome (no other animals without prior approval). Pets must stay off furniture, use the restroom outside, and cannot be left unattended—fees may apply for violations or damages.

Disclosures: This is a duplex with one shared wall and a shared courtyard, and the unit is adjacent to the road, so you may hear occasional car noise.
