This home is pet friendly for 2 dogs with a $250 non refundable pet fee per dog.
Golf cart rentals available: $50 per day, subject to availability
Venture Out registration fee: $125 subject to change, paid directly to the community upon arrival. Processing fees may apply
Parking Information
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. Driveway size: 9.5'W x 25''L x 9.9'H. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.
Community rules: Guests must follow all Venture Out rules and regulations, including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
Payment & Booking Requirements
Signed rental agreement and government issued ID required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive after signing your rental agreement with a photo of your ID.
A 4 % credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
