The living room features a 75'' Samsung smart TV and comfortable seating, creating a relaxing place to unwind.
The home is cooled by central air conditioning and offers high speed Wi-Fi throughout. A washer and dryer are also provided, making longer stays and boating trips easy and convenient.

Venture Out registration fee: $125 subject to change, paid directly to the community upon arrival. Processing fees may apply
Parking: 1 vehicle per unit. Driveway size: 9.5'W x 25'L x 9.9'H. Overflow parking may be available for an additional fee
Community rules: Guests must follow all Venture Out rules and regulations, including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
