This place is not as advertised. 1.Host failed to send us an address or check-in information and despite texting and phoning her during check-in day we could not reach her until 2.5 hours after check-in - when we were on the verge of renting a hotel room. Very stressful. 2.The gas BBQ that we had planned all our meals around was not there. Texted host for two days. A belated response claimed BBQ was returned just the previous week and she was unable to get a replacement delivered. She could not explain why she did not inform us. 3.Condo is not "ski-in-ski-out". You have to walk out 250 steps in your boots to get to a point where you could put ski's on to pole. Coming back, you have to remove your skis and walk 125 steps to the unit. 4.The hot tub came with an old heavy waterlogged cover that took two people to fold and lift up to where it was supposed to stand on a single 2x6 shelf. However, over time the weight of the cover had caused the narrow shelf to bend downward, making it impossible for the cover to stand up. If you took your hands off, its heavy weight would come crashing down, meaning you could only use half the tub. The supplied instructions directed us to contact a local company about the tub. We did, only to find they did not service it. 5.Told the missing "cozy robes" for the tub had been damaged by the previous guests and not yet replaced. 6.Some kitchen essentials were missing. 7. Host refused to provide discount for failing to live up to the contract.
