Echo Landing #42 is your home away from home with a wide-open main level layout. Relax on the comfy couches in the living room in front of the fire watching movies on the large flat screen TV (Smart TV). The spacious kitchen has all new appliances/amenities and accessories for all your cooking and baking needs. You can eat in the dining area or snack on the bar stools at the large island in the kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms in the unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen/double bunk bed, and the third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed.
The unit has a washer/dryer available for you to use.
The townhouse is 1507 sq. ft. and can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.

This unit comes with 1 parking spot in private garage and 1 parking spot in front of the garage.

If you have children we have many kid friendly activities in the summer such as a community playground & outdoor games area, and bungee trampolines, and weekly kids activities. For the winter, Sun Peaks offers bungee trampolines, a tube park, and weekly kids activities.
