Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, built-in robes, and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Guests also have access to the complex swimming pool, BBQ area, and secure single lock-up garage.

Located within walking distance of Kings Beach Surf Club, cafés, parks, and the Caloundra coastal boardwalk, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Australia Zoo, Aussie World, and Caloundra Golf Course are all just a short drive away.

Please note: The apartment is located on the first floor with stair access only. There is no air conditioning, however ceiling fans are provided throughout.

Key Collection:

After-hours arrivals are available via a secure lockbox at the arcade-side entrance to our office. Guests arriving outside office hours or on Sundays will receive their lockbox access code on the day of arrival (Saturday for Sunday arrivals).



Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.



Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Caloundra Holiday Centre manage this property. Please note that Airbnb messaging is not monitored outside of office hours, so it is advised to contact us directly if you require any assistance.
