Summary:
Come and live the Noosa dream by staying in this fabulous home located only minutes from Sunshine beach village and patrolled pristine beach. Our modern townhouse comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living & outdoor areas, and heated* plunge pool. Stylish furnishings throughout plus ocean views, unlimited wifi and air conditioning ensures you have an throughly comfortable holiday. Teenagers retreat with pool table, games & bean bags for your use. Easy walk to Sunshine village.
The Space:
Welcome to our Sunshine Beach home located in a perfect residential pocket of Noosa. We are located only a short easy walk to all amenities including gourmet cafes, award winning restaurants and child friendly Surf Club. Noosa Heads and world famous Hastings Street are only an easy five minute car journey away. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk through the gate into your private courtyard with beautiful plunge pool. Walk through the leafy entryway to the front door and be greeted by the first of two living areas with large flat screen Smart TV’s. The lower level of the townhouse is dedicated to the second living area and second and third bedrooms. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and open out to the pool area (please note the pool is located behind approved safety fencing). The modern main bathroom, laundry room and double garage with internal access are also on this lower level.
Walk up one short flight of stairs and you are greeted by a large open plan dining and kitchen area with gorgeous blue ocean views and cooling breezes. The dining area flows through to a huge wrap around undercover balcony, where you can enjoy alfresco dining beside the Weber BBQ, or afternoon cocktails on the outdoor lounge area. The lounge consists of comfortable leather suite and large Smart TV .
The modern galley style kitchen comes complete with double gas burner & nespresso coffee machine , huge fridge and separate pantry room. We supply basic pantry items such as oils, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc. The master bedroom is also on this level and is complete with luxurious king bed, plenty of storage and ensuite bathroom. We supply 100% Egyptian cotton towels and luxury bed linen to ensure a peaceful nights sleep. Slather yourself with local Organic Leif bathroom products to feel rejuvenated and relaxed. If you are travelling with little ones we will provide you with a porta cot (please bring your own linen), highchair, toys, books, baby bath and baby gate for the top of the stairs. Please feel free to enjoy the picnic blanket and hamper provided.
There is a fabulous private games room located on the lower level of the house (accessed by an outdoor stairwell). Let the teenagers (or everyone) enjoy a game of pool or just relax on the comfortable bean bags after a long day at the beach.

You will have full access to the entire townhouse, private plunge pool (heated in Winter only), games room, courtyard and double garage.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in beautiful Sunshine Beach and only a short 3 minute walk to Sunshine Village where you can find a host of amenities. Once booked we will supply you with the house compendium with information on restaurants, child friendly things to do in Noosa and whats happening in the area. Noosaville with SUP's, Jet Ski Hire and BBQ boats is an easy 7 minute drive away. There is a Coles, butchers, seafood market and organic fruit and vegetable market close by in Noosa Junction. The Junction is also where you will find funky new eateries and the local Cinema.
Getting Around:
You can walk to the village and patrolled beach in a few short minutes however if you wish to go further afield you can easily drive anywhere in Noosa. There are no traffic jams in our lovely town. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away and Uber is very popular in the area. There is a local taxi service which can be ordered online. You can also cycle anywhere in Noosa with lots of cycle friendly lanes on the main roads, or zip around town in a hired scooter for the day. Bliss!
Other Things to Note:
Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.
These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.
Pool Table - We have a pool table in the downstairs games room. It used to double as an air hockey table but this has been decommissioned. Please do not use the other side of the table. If you are using this room at night please remember that the building behind is a holiday apartment and they can clearly hear all noise.
For your use we provide a porta cot (please bring your own cot linen), high chair and baby bath. We provide a ground coffee machine for you to enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. Beach towels are also provided.
For your stay we provide a starter pack of basic condiments. Linens and towels including beach towels are provided for the amount of guests staying.
The games room is accessible by a seperate outdoor staircase under the house.
*The plunge pool is heated in Winter only (from 1st May - 1st October). Average temp of pool is 24 - 26 degrees. The heater is designed to take the edge off the pool, it will not feel hot or like a bath.
There is a set of steps on Elanda Street which is a short cut down to Sunshine Beach village
