Cooinda Luxury Residence and Studio

Escape to our peaceful residence and studio nestled in Valdora, a relaxing haven on the stunning Sunshine Coast of Queensland. With its sweeping rural landscapes and breathtaking coastline views spanning Coolum to Double Island Point, this tranquil retreat accommodates up to ten guests, providing a relaxing getaway while still being in close proximity to the coast's beaches, mountain treks and hinterland.

The space
The main residence is large and spacious with open-plan living positioned to take full advantage of the aspect and amazing coastline views on offer.

The main house offers the following:
Large open plan living and kitchen area flowing to the outdoor deck and pool. There is a fully equipped laundry and study area.

Bedroom 1 (views of the valley): Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 (views of the valley): Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (front of house): King Bed
Bathroom plus seperate toilet/powder room.

The attached studio sleeping arrangements include:
Bedroom 4: king-sized bed
Bedroom 5: double and single bed
Please note the studio bedrooms are separated by a partial wall and sheer curtain.

The studio also provides separate open-plan living, kitchen, dining and office nook also enjoying expansive views of the valley and beyond to the coastline.

Wake up with a coffee to breathtaking sunrises over the ocean or indulge in a glass of wine while witnessing the vibrant colors of the sky in the late afternoon.

One of the highlights of this holiday home is the pool area, where you can cool off and enjoy the spectacular views. Lounge on the lilo, soak up the warm Queensland sun and let your worries drift away. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit with your loved ones, sharing stories and indulging in toasted marshmallows under the starlit sky.

Other things to note
At the top of the driveway near the roadside is the neighboring property, we please ask that all guests are respectful of the neighbors, driving past slowly and limiting the number of cars permitted to using the driveway to three.
Please note there are three cameras on-site monitoring the entrances and the driveway to ensure this house rule is accommodated.

There is an additional bedroom however this is locked and not available for guest use and is not photographed in the listing.

This property has a strict no-party policy. There are three cameras, one at the main residence's front door, one on the studio front door and the other facing the driveway. None of the cameras have visibility to the pool, entertaining areas or inside the house. The cameras have the capacity to monitor sound.

Unfortunately, animals are not permitted at this property.
