PARKING
There is parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway of the building, as well as free street parking. Be aware that this can sometimes be quite busy.

The apartment is on the second floor. It is accessed via an internal staircase, you will need to climb 14 stairs.

KEYS/ACCESS
There is a lock box with your keys at the apartment. You will be sent the code to the lock box prior to your arrival.

There are 2 bathrooms, both have a shower, vanity & toilet.

The apartment has a laundry for your use with a washing machine and clothes dryer. We do NOT supply laundry detergent.

The interior dining table seats 6 guests and the balcony can seat 4 guests.

The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, oven, cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle , toaster etc.

The apartment has an air conditioner in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs
