There is a spacious main house featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a detached fully self-contained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom studio apartment. (House-only rental available on request outside peak)

Beautifully presented with quality furniture and furnishings your comfort is assured, enjoy the multiple living spaces that include a games room with two pinball machines and large smart TV. Casual seating and lounges by the pool is another area to enjoy a sundowner or fire up the BBQ or wood fired pizza oven.

The studio offers a cosy air conditioned open plan living space that combines the dining and kitchen with a large smart TV. The living areas and bedrooms are all upstairs above the garage and games room.

This air-conditioned room is located underneath the studio and next to the outdoor alfresco area by the pool. Perfect for all the family this room has a smart TV, two arcade pinball machines, lounge and beanbags.

The house is located in a quiet residential street backing onto the dune fauna reserve, and the beach is just a short 250m walk.
Marcoola Beach is fast becoming one of the Sunshine Coast’s most popular destinations. Its proximity to Coolum Beach, Noosa Heads and Sunshine Coast Airport is not its only attraction. Within 20 minutes you can be in the Hinterland exploring Maleny, Montville and surrounding areas. For those who like to enjoy an early morning challenge or beautiful sunset, Mt Coolum is 2km away.
The white sandy surf beaches are uncrowded and offer great surf for board riders of all levels. It’s popular for families, fishing and is pet friendly. The house is located 500m from Marcoola patrolled beach and surf club.
For golf enthusiasts, the popular Twin Waters and Mt Coolum Golf clubs are a short drive from the house so pack the clubs.
There are several local cafes within easy walking distance from the house. It is also a short drive to the local shopping centre at Mount Coolum, and Coolum Beach is 10 minutes away.

No loud gatherings or parties: This is a quiet residential area, very suitable for large family groups or multiple families staying together. We do not encourage large party groups or gatherings. There are decibel readers located at the property which automatically alert the property managers of noise outside of quiet hours. Cameras: There are cameras installed at the entry and exit of the property. Please note these are not monitored in real time - they are installed to keep record of the property for break-ins at times it is not in use. Additional cleaning fees: Additional cleaning fees will be charged for excess mess beyond a 'regular clean' i.e. stains on carpets, curtain damage, stained furniture/ furnishings or damage to items.
