We do allow small dogs under 10kg. Pets are to be kept off all furniture, please. Pets must be declared as a guest as an extra cleaning fee will be added to your total reservation amount after booking.
We have a strict no-party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnbâs enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat and tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorized.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
