Positioned opposite the bay of Little Cove, the two-bedroom apartment is part of the Alderly complex, which lies nestled within the surrounds of lush Noosa National Park. This gives it a tropical ambience that is further enhanced by a soundtrack rich in birdsong and cool breezes fresh off the ocean.

Stretching across two levels, the apartment is an ideal holiday base for families and/or friends, with plenty of spaces to unwind in peace or come together as a group.

Soothing in its fit-out and furnishings, a palette of neutrals in both tone and texture creates a warm sense of welcome, enlivened in the bedrooms with patterns and artwork. Both these spaces look out to the kind of lush green surrounds that evoke the feel of a private oasis. They’re equal parts sleeping space and private retreat.

In the heart of the apartment, an open-plan design brings together the charming lifestyle hub, which encompasses a well-equipped kitchen with casual bench seating, a dining zone to help encourage meals in the round, a lounge zone and a relaxation space oriented towards the view outside.

Moving past sliding glass doors, the interiors open through to a spacious balcony, invitingly set up for alfresco dining and entertaining, with a table and chairs overlooking manicured gardens and the complex’s communal pool.

Another perspective on the great outdoors comes courtesy of an exclusive rooftop terrace, again fully furnished to create a private gathering point. Meet here of a morning to down your first cup of coffee in company or gather at sunset to share tales of what you’ve done across the morning and afternoon. An evening nightcap under the stars is also a beautiful way to call time on one day’s adventures and turn your thoughts towards the next.

Please note that we do not manage the unit undergoing renovation, so we cannot predict the level of disturbance between 9 am and 4 pm.
