The Space:
This home is beautifully styled, spacious and simplistic. The property stretches over 2 levels, is fully fenced and has a small grassy yard in the back for kids and pets to play. It has parking for 1 car in the driveway. Small dogs are welcome upon application. This 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse has two very spacious bedrooms upstairs both with ensuites, and offers plenty of seating and lounging options downstairs.

- Electric stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle

- Plush chaise lounge that converts to a sofa bed for the 6th and 7th guest

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire townhouse with the exception of the garage. One secure parking space is offered for you within the gate.

The Neighborhood:
Perfectly positioned with easy access to all the Coasts attractions including Noosa, Australia Zoo, Sea Life Mooloolaba and more. Pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, stunning hinterland, alfresco dining and boutique shopping are also simple to access.

Getting Around:
- Walking distance to local Coffee Shop and corner store (4 minutes)
- Maroochydore airport is a 5 minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 40 minute drive
- Sunshine Plaza and Cinema is a 10 minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 20 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15 minute drive
- Noosa Heads is a 25 minute drive

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*There is easy parking for a boat directly opposite the house

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
