The Space:

Welcome to your private Noosa retreat, thoughtfully designed for families and groups seeking comfort, relaxation, and easy indoor-outdoor living. With multiple living areas, a sparkling swimming pool, and a separate studio retreat, this home provides plenty of space for guests to spread out and enjoy their Sunshine Coast getaway.



Upon entering the home, you'll find a light-filled lounge room designed for relaxation. Comfortable seating, Foxtel entertainment, and a toy cupboard stocked for younger guests create a welcoming space for families to unwind after a day of exploring.



Flowing through the home is a second sitting area and an open-plan kitchen and dining space. Equipped with modern appliances and generous seating, the kitchen forms the heart of the home, making it easy to prepare meals and gather together with family and friends.



Large sliding doors seamlessly connect the indoor living spaces with the outdoor entertaining area, creating a true Queensland lifestyle experience. The covered alfresco area overlooks tropical gardens, a sparkling swimming pool, and a spacious lawn, providing the perfect setting for family barbecues, leisurely lunches, or simply relaxing poolside.



The home comfortably accommodates guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.



Bedroom Configuration



Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): Features a queen bed, walk-in robe, air conditioning, and private ensuite.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Accessible from the master bedroom.



Bedroom 2: Furnished with a queen bed and air conditioning.



Bedroom 3: Features two single beds and air conditioning, making it ideal for children or additional guests.



Bedroom 4: Furnished with one single bed.



Bathroom 2: Main family bathroom servicing Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.



Located separately from the main residence, the self-contained studio provides additional privacy and flexibility for larger groups.



Bathroom 3 (Studio Ensuite): Private bathroom servicing the studio retreat.

Guest Access:

Please park in the carport. The entire house and grounds are for guests exclusive use.



The Neighborhood:

This property sits in a quiet, family-friendly pocket of Sunrise Beach, just a ten-minute walk from the sand and a charming local café. The Noosa Aquatic Centre is also within easy walking distance, making it ideal for families and fitness enthusiasts alike. A short drive takes you to Noosa’s Hastings Street, the National Park, and a variety of coastal trails, boutique shops, and vibrant dining spots — all close enough to enjoy yet far enough for peaceful relaxation.



Getting Around:

It is best to have a car to get around and there is space for two cars in the carport.

Two bus stops can be found within a few minutes walk, taxi and Uber's are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.



Pet friendly - We are happy to welcome one small to medium sized dog per booking, we have a $50 pet fee per stay - please ask before booking.



We strictly do not accept ‘Schoolies’ or similar groups. Please don’t request a booking if you traveling for Schoolies or other events.
