Located only a 6-minute drive from Caloundra's main street & 2 minutes from Golden Beach's main street. The area is perfect for swimming, boating, or exploring the endless coastal paths by foot, a dream destination for your next getaway.
The Space:
Step into this beachside haven and be welcomed by high ceilings and a bright, open-plan living area. The kitchen, dining, and living spaces blend seamlessly, offering a relaxed and spacious atmosphere. Unwind in the living room, complete with a large plush chaise sofa, smart TV, an air-conditioning unit and a dedicated workspace for study or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essential appliances for preparing home-cooked meals, paired perfectly with a dining table for six. There are local bus services that operate close by should you need it, the home is approximately a 1 minute walk to Anning Ave near Roy St, where bus services operate to Caloundra Station (northbound) and Pelican Waters (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*This property has security cameras which monitor the external entrance.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations.
