Few things are more Australian than firing up the barbie on a beautiful sunkissed day when the sky is cloudless and the temperature is just right. And at this chic Little Cove apartment, you’re spoiled for choice when it comes to grilling your steak and fresh seafood, as both its outdoor spaces feature a BBQ set-up for alfresco dining and entertaining. It’s just the start of the story when it comes to making sure guests get the most out of their holiday.

Part of the Alderly complex, the three-bedroom apartment sits on the top floor, nestled within the lush surrounds of Noosa National Park. With swathes of greenery on display through the windows, and a beautiful soundtrack of native birdsong, it’s an environment designed to soothe and savour.

Comfortable and inviting in equal measure, the apartment is decorated with a soothing base of neutral tones, with colour coming through splashes of green and blue inspired by Mother Nature. The bedrooms are well positioned for rest and relaxation, while the chief lifestyle hub has been thoughtfully zoned to bring together family and/or friends.

Stretching across an open-plan configuration, this leisure hub is anchored by a well-equipped kitchen that’s ideal for home chefs, along with a dining space and a lounge complete with comfy sofas that make an ideal gathering spot.

From here, sliding glass doors open through to the balcony, where a cosy arrangement of chairs creates an inviting resting spot. The theme continues upstairs on the rooftop terrace, where sunloungers, plus a table and chairs shaded by a massive umbrella, encourage year-round enjoyment of the great outdoors, as do the complex pool and manicured gardens.

Further afield, this spectacular part of the world is ideally set up to fuel a sense of adventure and exploration. It’s here the apartment’s location comes into its own, being close enough to tourist hotspots to give easy access but far enough away to ensure serenity.

With the bay of Little Cove just an arm’s length away, access to the water is the work of a minute, whether you want to paddle in the shallows or head out with your board in search of one of Noosa’s famous surf breaks.

A boardwalk journey one way opens up to the flora and fauna of the national park, while the other direction leads through to Hastings Street and Main Beach, where you can combine their attractions by wandering through the cosmopolitan retail strip before booking in for lunch at one of the inventive local restaurants that turn the freshest local ingredients into culinary artwork. Ask for a table overlooking the beach and you can work up a thirst to explore the glorious expanse of golden sands fringing crystal clear waters of the most beautiful blue – all yours to explore. You can dive beneath the surface, splash about with the kids, try snorkelling or simply wander along the edge. With the water splashing around your ankles, the sun beating down and the tang of salt in the air, time – and the stresses of everyday life – will simply ebb and flow away. Please note that we do not manage the unit undergoing renovation, so we cannot predict the level of disturbance between 9 am and 4 pm. The noisy demolition work is complete, but the remaining construction is taking longer than expected. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
