The Space:
Welcome to Unit 5, Sanctuary Shores – a beautifully furnished third-floor apartment designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Positioned just moments from Kings Beach, this inviting coastal retreat offers glimpses of the ocean where you can watch the waves roll in or admire the passing ships and boats from your private balconies.
The light-filled open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly onto one of two balconies, creating the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring the Sunshine Coast.
The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a dishwasher, quality appliances, cookware, crockery and utensils. Whether you're cooking breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home, you'll have all the essentials at your fingertips.
For added convenience, the apartment also features a fully equipped internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.
The apartment is air conditioned throughout, with air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms, ensuring year-round comfort. Ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom, along with a pedestal fan in the second bedroom, provide additional cooling options.
Additional features include complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, DVD player and flyscreens throughout. Guests also have access to the complex's shared in-ground swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at Kings Beach.

Key Collection: Key collection for your stay is handled via our office in Bulcock Street. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a weekend or public holiday, you will receive the lockbox code on the day of your arrival.
Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Undercover security parking for one vehicle (per unit) Please note the garage height is 1.9m.

Sanctuary Shores enjoys an exceptional location just 200 metres from Kings Beach, with no roads to cross on your way to the beach. Spend your days swimming between the flags, relaxing by the oceanfront saltwater pool, or exploring the scenic Coastal Pathway that links Kings Beach with Bulcock Beach, Happy Valley and Shelly Beach.
A wonderful selection of waterfront cafés, restaurants and coffee shops are all within easy walking distance, making it easy to leave the car behind and enjoy the relaxed coastal lifestyle.
