The Space:

Step inside and be wowed by the high ceilings, airy open spaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light and cool sea breezes. As you step through the front door, you’re immediately greeted by a stylish, open-plan living space that seamlessly blends comfort with innovation. The polished concrete floors and sleek furnishings set the tone for this modern yet artistic retreat. The practical kitchen contains high-end, high-tech appliances that make meal prep a breeze. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area, where a large table sits ready for intimate dinners or relaxed brunches with friends. Flowing seamlessly from the dining area is the living room. Here, you'll find plush seating and a smart TV perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The true star of the show however, are not one but two cosy reading nooks. Each nook is tucked away in a corner, framed by large windows that offer views of the lush greenery outside. In addition to the cool sea breeze flowing through the high ceilings and large windows, the home is equipped with ducted air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort on even the warmest days.



With three beautifully styled bedrooms, you’ll find peace and privacy no matter where you rest. The bedroom configurations are as follows:



Bedroom one (master bedroom):

The master bedroom features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, smart wardrobe storage, and a designated work space, blending comfort with functionality for a serene yet practical retreat.



Bedroom 2 and 3:

These two compact yet functional bedrooms are perfect for kids, featuring a small desk and a sliding door for added privacy. Despite its size, it’s a cosy, well-designed space that offers both comfort and seclusion. Each of the two rooms feature a top and bottom bunk bed, sleeping up to 2 people.



Bathroom 1: Large shower, vanity and toilet.



Outside, your private, lush backyard oasis awaits! Lounge in the cosy conversation nook, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or refresh in one of the two outdoor showers, perfect after a day in the surf. Fire up the barbecue for a relaxed outdoor meal, and extend the gas strut awnings from the home for shade, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow that makes this space perfect for entertaining or unwinding. The fully secure backyard, while nearby Moffat Beach offers a scenic coastal pathway, ideal for leisurely walks with stunning ocean views.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and beautiful backyard along with space to park in the garage. There is also an abundance of free street parking.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the heart of Moffat Beach, with local cafes, restaurants and coffee shops on your doorstep, the famous Moffat Beach surf break is only 2-mins away, and the nearby Sunshine Coast walkway which connects seamlessly to Kings Beach, Happy Valley, Dicky Beach and Currimundi. Cycle or walk anywhere.



Getting Around:

Park your car/s in the private garage and walk everywhere! There is a nearby bus service, as well as rideshare services and you can access all major attractions by vehicle. There is plenty to see within walking distance from the home as well.



Other Things to Note:

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
