The colour palette brings a sense of personality to each space, from soothing pastels and soft timbers to bold artworks and pieces of furniture that are as much about the chic as the comfortable.
With three bedrooms and multiple relaxation spaces, the family-friendly floorplan spreads its sleeping and living quarters out to both allow for privacy and encourage community. From there, answer the open invitation to visit the popular renovated surf club or head to the local village cafes, restaurants and shops. For nature lovers, Noosa National Park is but a 15-minute stroll along the beach, with sand tracks to secluded Alexandria Bay.

The property is fully air conditioned apart from the 3rd bedroom. If the A/C is on with the external doors and windows closed this will suffice to cool the home.
