When you walk through the complex you will find a private gate leading to a lovely outdoor fenced deck and own door entrance to the property. The spacious and bright open plan living comprises of living and dining area and modern kitchen. Fully renovated through with exceptional fixtures and furnishings. The laundry and powder room are also on the ground level. There is a study nook just before the kitchen should you have to work from home during your beach escape. Behind the property there is a private fenced courtyard with alfresco dining and Weber BBQ. The courtyard is surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees.

The first level of the property comprises of 2 bright spacious bedrooms with new beds (both with A/C and fans) as well as the fully renovated main bathroom.
