Home is newly renovated and designed to for family and friends to create beautiful memories together. Top features include a large hot tub, pool table, large custom dining table, two wood burning fireplaces, and incredible fire pit area at top of mountain property to give the very best mountain views. Home consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 full/twin bunks. TVs included in all bedrooms (except bunk room) and two living rooms with smart tvs to access your preferred streaming services.
Positioned at the very top of Bowtie ln with the privacy of 4 acres with natural trails up the mountain.

Pets allowed- 2 max $100 pet fee

Cancellation policy 96% refund if cancel 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 14 days prior. No Refund less than 14 days before check in
Seasonal weather conditions are expected and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Guests are responsible for monitoring forecasts, road conditions, and securing travel insurance.

Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.

No Parties- Home in residential Neighborhood- now loud outside noise after 10pm

If you move furniture please put back where originally found.

There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risk for if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.

Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
