Located at the end of a quiet no-through road, the apartment is ideally situated to enable you to explore stunning coastal walks on the Wales Coastal Path, which is located at the top of the beach, or the inland walks in the area. It is also the ideal base for exploring the many beautiful beaches and villages of the Gower by car.
Rotherslade and Langland beaches offer a large expanse of sand, and clean water for swimming, paddle-boarding or surfing in. There is a cafe at the top of the beach or a further cafe plus restaurant a five minute walk away at the Langland slipway.
The village of Mumbles is a 15 minute direct walk, a 35 minute scenic walk around the cliffs, or an short five minute drive away. You can park easily in the apartment's dedicated free parking space, with more free parking available on the road.
In Mumbles you will enjoy trying the great array of restaurants, pubs, bars and ice cream parlours. There are also all the sorts of shops and amenities you'd expect on a high street, as well as some interesting independent shops.
