Important Note: Bedroom 2 contains one queen bed and is located in the center of the upstairs layout.

This bedroom functions as a pass-through space, as guests must walk through Bedroom Two to access the other upstairs bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with a full bed) as well as the upstairs bathroom.

Parking:
There is covered carport parking available for up to four vehicles, and the gravel driveway can comfortably accommodate an additional four vehicles, allowing space for approximately eight vehicles total.

Accessibility
This is a two-story home with step-free entry. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the first floor. Please note that all showers require a step up to enter.

Cell Service
Cell phone service is available but may be limited due to the home’s rural location. We recommend connecting to the home’s Wi-Fi, which will allow you to use Wi-Fi calling and messaging during your stay.

Pier
The pier is not available for guest use at this time. While a walkway extends from ground level to approximately 20 feet in the air, it is too high and unsafe to access the dock.

Environmental Conditions
Please note that the local watershed and water levels continue to decrease annually due to natural environmental changes.

Exterior Security Cameras
For your safety, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and an exterior security camera facing the front driveway and carport entry. These cameras do not monitor any interior spaces and record video and sound only when motion is detected.
