Bayside Apartments is a modern self-catering building designed for a flexible and independent stay. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Paceville, St. Julian’s, and the Spinola Bay promenade, guests are within easy reach of nightlife, cafés, restaurants, shopping, and scenic waterfront walks. Public transport, bus stops, and taxi services are all nearby, making it easy to explore Malta.

The property is approximately 10 km from the airport (around 15–20 minutes by car), making it a convenient base for your stay.

This studio penthouse apartment accommodates up to 6 to 8 guests (4 bunk beds). It features a kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, kettle, mini fridge, and microwave, along with a TV, a small dining area, and a private bathroom. There is also a well-sized terrace with BBQ and outdoor facilities, sun loungers, and a private jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of St. George’s Bay and St. Julian’s.

The Jacuzzi/Hot Tub and Air Conditioning for this apartment is an extra service and works on a meter system. Guests must purchase credit online (from €20) and enter the 20-digit code received by email. Usage is based on electricity consumption.



Heating time depends on weather. It takes around 7–8 hours in winter and 5–6 hours or less in summer to reach up to 40°C (approx. 2 kW per hour). Using jets/bubbles increases usage, so it’s best to use them after heating.

The jacuzzi is empty on arrival. Filling of water takes approximately 1-2 hours

Additional Information:

Self-service accommodation – A one-time setup of essentials is provided, including bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toilet tissue. Guests are expected to purchase any additional items needed during their stay.

Toiletries – Shampoo, body wash, and soap are not provided. Please bring your own.

Free Wi-Fi is available for stays under 28 nights.

No daily cleaning or towel/linen changes are included during the stay.

A shared laundry room is available. Washing and drying services are at an extra fee. Laundry detergent is not included.

Extra towels are available at €4 each, and linen changes can be arranged at an additional cost.

A refundable damage deposit of €200 applies for up to 4 guests, with €50 per additional person (card payment).

The surrounding area of Swieqi offers a quiet yet lively environment with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance.

Please note that interior décor and furnishings may vary slightly as units are regularly maintained and updated to ensure comfort and functionality.

Important Notice:

Due to the central location near Paceville and the presence of group bookings, the area can be lively, particularly between May and August. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for families with young children or older guests during this period.
