Inside, the home is designed around natural light and ocean breezes. The upper-level kitchen opens to panoramic ocean views, featuring modern appliances and ample seating, from the oceanside balcony bar area to the relaxed bench seating in the dining area and kitchen island. The heart of the home is the spacious family room, where soaring ceilings and a feature fireplace create a welcoming atmosphere that flows seamlessly through to the backyard deck. Here, youâll find an undercover entertaining area complete with a Weber BBQ, offering a perfect spot to cook, dine, and unwind in the multiple outdoor zones.
A cosy lower-level media room with its own kitchenette and dishwasher is ideal for serving drinks or cleaning up after alfresco meals in the rear garden. Accommodation spans five thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed with panoramic ocean views from the wraparound terrace.
