The photos do not do justice to the views our apartment offers. There is nothing better than spending the day by the window, drinking champagne, and watching the boats go by in the harbour. As you finish work and the sun begins to set, you get to watch the day turn to night, the city lights take over the sky and watch Sydney transform. This apartment has the best views Sydney has to offer!

We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!

Kirribilli is only a stone-throw away from the beautiful Sydney CBD and has an amazing village atmosphere. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sydney within 10 minutes but can enjoy the peace and quiet that Kirribilli has to offer.

The suburb has some of the best views that Sydney has to offer, is home to world-famous Luna Park, some of the best walking tracks to view beautiful Sydney, direct access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as great cafes, supermarkets, pubs, and liquor stores.

You are within walking distance of everything Sydney has to offer. We would recommend the ferry (the wharf is across the road from the apartment) or walking the Harbour Bridge to get into the CBD.

HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am

*No pets allowed
*Not suitable for children/infants

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

*There is no parking space for this unit. There is 1 hour free street parking at the front of the home, 2 hour free street parking at the back and Luna Park has 24 hour paid parking.

*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

Location was great. Ferry across the street that would take you anywhere. Apartment had some of the most fantastic views, looking back into Sydney, Harbour Bridge, skyline, and the Sydney Opera House. Beautiful to look at during the day and the evening. I had a few issues in the condo, but management company was very good at responding. I didn’t realize there was no air conditioning in the back bedroom, but they delivered fans. Condo was not as clean as it should’ve been, and I let them know & they address that as well. Definitely could use a better mattress in the back bedroom, but the master where our guests are staying was good. Great little neighborhood, with restaurants, grocery stores as Pubs, etc. The view cannot be beat for the price.

The best view in Sydney

We chose this site in order to watch as much of Vivid as possible and we were not disappointed. Just across from Circular Quay was amazing and just a one stop ferry trip from the city.

Great location

The property is in a great location.Shops and a small iga just up the road.The property has some maintenance issues and needs a freshen up. Ie painting and lighting updates.We have forwarded our concerns to the managers.One thing that was very noticable in one of the bedrooms was a mouldy smell.I think this may be due to the property being closed up for periods of time and the high humidity at times in Sydney.We also had ants on the kitchen bench which we bug sprayed.The bedding could also be larger and better.Would we stay again.?Probably yes as we liked the big window and the appartment in general and the location was great.But would like the mould issue rectified.

Great Harbor View

The apartment was as stated in the listing. The location was perfect, close to transportation, restaurants and retail. The only downside to this was that there were a few home maintenance issues the owners did not respond to as it was a weekend.

Excellent location

The unit has the best views. It needed maintenance in the bathroom and had ants. The tv remote didn’t work. Talked to property mgr. Said they would come fix. They came and fixed nothing. Afterwords then say they needed owners permission to fix. These were simple fixes. Needed hose wand, lights out and ant spray.and reprogram tv remote. You won’t find a better place for iconic views though.

With fantastic views under the Bridge and across the Harbour, the apartment was perfect for a classic Sydney stay. Two minutes to the Milsons Point ferry to explore the Harbour destinations, or a five minute walk to the station for the scenic ride to town across the Bridge. Best of all the was Milsons Point/Kirribilli village with a ripper pub, good food, supermarket and countless eating options from fine dining to casual eats. Try your luck and walk around the corner to knock on the PM’s door for a visit. The apartment was all the pics show.A great and well equipped cooks kitchen, if you want to stay in, or for a big breakfast cook up before the day’s exploring to Manley, Watsons Bay, Bondi or around town. Best ever, and great value compared to a city hotel. We’ll be back. Kev & Mary. 😁

Epic view from centrally located apartment in a fancy part of town!

After visiting family in Melbourne for a couple weeks we stopped through Sydney for two days with the kids to show them around before continuing travel. Super location, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were a little tight with our enormous luggage but they were totally adequate. Worked out perfectly for us. Host/management company was responsive, speedy and clear. If you are only in Sydeny for a short trip highly recommend. Close to trains and ferry stops and Luna Park! Yank approved! (Great Mexican place -- Los Chicos -- up the road for dinner reminded us of home).
