I will start with praising the restaurant. Food was delicious Canadian/Philaphino fusion. Big breakfast menu at a reasonable price, a must try. The Park Inn by Radisson formerly the Hearthstone Inn has come along way ecstatically but has a long way to go to meet Raddison standards/expectations. The price point was reasonable for my 1 week stay but lacks hospitality. This hotel does not have an elevator to the lower floor or a luggage cart to unload your luggage. I was travelling with a small child alone and had to arrange child care while I unloaded all luggage required for my week stay. They not only donât have an elevator but they also have heavy doors without accessibility buttons to each level. They are very inconvenient when you are carrying a lot of stuff or in my case stuff and a child. If you are physically disabled even staying on the main floor adjacent to the front desk would be cumbersome. My first night stay I had no hot water in the bathroom sink/tub. I happened to bump into the maintenance staff in the hallway who immediately came to check the hot water. The bathtub then had hot water but the sink didnât have hot water the entire week stay. The Wi-Fi didnât work and I only had one bar of signal. The ice machine was broken. When I asked the front desk for basic things; wine glass, bottle opener, plate or cutlery it could only be provided if the restaurant was open. The pillows and towels should be replaced. This might be a good option for a short stay.
