The proximity is obvious as soon as you walk into the property itself. The sun, the sea breeze and views of the Pacific Ocean fill the living room through full-length glass doors, which open up onto a beautiful balcony – the perfect place for a morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.

Each of the three bedrooms has direct access to the balcony & beach views – on summer nights you can leave the doors open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, with a walk-in wardrobe, wall-mounted TV and a huge en-suite with a soaking tub and his-and-hers vanities.

The open-plan living area is the place for family and friends to gather. It’s designed to flow onto the covered balcony, where there’s plenty of space for lounging and al-fresco dining. What we love:
Manly Luxe is the definition of elegant simplicity. There’s nothing over-the-top or showy about this property, but no expense was spared during a recent renovation. Everything in here is the best, from the appliances to the fixtures to the furniture. Because of that, everything just works.

What the active traveller loves:
There may not be a better suburb in Sydney for active travellers. Living in Manly can mean surf lessons in the morning and yoga in the afternoon, all-day bushwalks, stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking around the harbour.
