This gorgeous modern house is positioned as close as you can get to beautiful palm beach without getting your feet sandy. The beach is literally across the road, which means the views are just as good as the lifestyle.
Please note this home does not allow anymore than the house accommodates at any one time, which is a total of 10. Wedding groups are not suited within this property, please enquiry first to avoid disappointment.
Youâll see what we mean the moment you enter and step into the main living area, a light and airy space designed to make the most of the panorama, its strip of windows allowing a 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean. But itâs lovely on the inside too, with wooden floors, comfortable designer furniture, a dining table for eight, a fireplace and access to an sunroom/undercover balcony area. The stone kitchen also features high-end appliances and a breakfast bar on a island bench.
The same level is also home to two bathrooms and three bedrooms: one king master, one queen and one bunkroom with four single beds, perfect for younger travellers. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all generously sized with plantation shutters to ensure privacy.
Take the stairs from the living area and youâll find yourself in a second living/rumpus area, which the kids will love. Thereâs also a two-car garage and a fully self-contained studio flat with its own bathroom, kitchenette and ocean views.

What we love
Apart from the location, which is simply unbeatable, we love the practicality of The Palms. It soaks up natural light and sea breezes. Its open living areas are balanced by its private sleeping quarter. And it also looks good thanks to the timber floorboards, high ceilings and thoughtful interior design. Functional and good looking: the best of both worlds.
What the family traveller loves
The Palms really is the perfect place for a family escape to the beach. Not only is it incredibly close to the sands of Palm Beach, itâs ideally designed for families of all sorts. Older teens (or even parents) will love the privacy of the self-contained studio, while younger kids will have a ball in the bunk room. Family meals are a breeze in the contemporary kitchen, but anyone who needs some quiet time can escape to the sunroom. The comfy lounge and lock-up garage are just the icing on the cake.
