Sunny Place sleeps up to 9 individuals (maximum 6 adults).

The space
Sunny Place is a single unit of a duplex with friendly, quiet neighbours.
Sunny Place has the following spaces:
- 2 bedrooms: 1 king bedroom with a twin over twin bunk, 1 queen bedroom.
- 2 living rooms: sleeper sectionals, smart TV's.
- basement workspace desk
- dining area: full table (leaf available) with 4 chairs and 2 bar stools.
- full kitchen
- play/toy room
- 2 full bathrooms
- parking: single car garage and a driveway with maximum capacity of 2 vehicles.
- back yard: hot tub, bbq, fire pit, lawn chairs, patio furniture, covered deck.
- laundry room: washer/dryer
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the two-bedroom half duplex. There are additional sleeping spaces to accommodate up to 6 adults, plus children (maximum 9 guests). There is a private back yard with plenty of seating and a hot tub.

Sunny Place has Central Air Conditioning.

Sunny Place can accommodate up to 9 guests, but our Operating License only allows a maximum of 6 adults.

FYI - there are railway tracks behind Sunny Place. The train does not blow the horn while passing, it is actually quite quiet and does not come by often. We have a warning sign on the gate and a locking carabiner on the gate latch for child safety.
