Genießen Sie die Meeresbrise und den atemberaubenden Blick auf das Mittelmeer direkt von meinem 2BR Ferienhaus mit der sonnigen Terrasse und dem privaten Garten!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet in Plemmirio, in unmittelbarer NĂ€he von Siracusa und dem historischen Zentrum von Ortigia, das von der UNESCO zum Weltkulturerbe erklĂ€rt wurde (15 Autominuten). Es ist auch nah genug fĂŒr eine kurze landschaftliche Fahrt zu einigen der schönsten spĂ€tbarocken StĂ€dte des Val di Noto (Caltagirone, Catania, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo, Ragusa und Scicli).

Das Haus hat einen modernen KĂŒstenstil und eine mĂŒhelos elegante AtmosphĂ€re, die Sie sofort beruhigen wird. Es ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie von zu Hause erwarten. Viel Licht, Klimaanlage, WLAN, frische BettwĂ€sche und flauschige HandtĂŒcher!

Mein Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine moderne Master-Suite mit Meerblick, 2. Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten mit privatem Gartenblick, gerĂ€umiges Wohn- / Esszimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche und Bad.

Die Umgebung bietet ein kristallklares blaues Meer und traumhafte StrĂ€nde mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken, die Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich machen. Hier bietet die KĂŒste sowohl eine typische felsige KĂŒste als auch feine SandstrĂ€nde wie Arenella, Fontane Bianche, Vendicari, San Lorenzo (von 5 bis 20 Autominuten).

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und hat ein LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft und eine Bar / Pizzeria in der NĂ€he (2 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 5 Minuten zu Fuß).
Diese Villa ist wĂ€hrend deines Aufenthalts der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr einen kurzen Fußmarsch hierhin: Ionisches Meer. Zu den Besonderheiten gehören: ein Whirlpool und eine WĂ€scherei. Diese Villa beinhaltet verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten, unter anderem eine KĂŒche und einen Patio.

Perfect Hideaway away from all hustle

Francesco wellcommed us to his beautiful villa 20 min away from Siracusa. We really enjoyed the quietness in the off season there. We enjoyed the sea view from there terrace and the rooftop. The kitchen is fully equipped und if you need it there is High Speed Internet available. Francesco gave us some very good tips where to go for dinner and told us some very nice swimming places. Francesco is a perfect host and also a passionist jazz musician.

Posizione tranquilla con vista sul mare e ottimo padrone di casa

Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio nella casa delle vacanze di Francesco. Il mare puĂČ essere visto dalla casa e ci sono molti bei posti dove sedersi. Francesco Ăš un padrone di casa eccezionale con molti consigli aggiuntivi su cose da fare o dove mangiare, sempre disponibile e molto accogliente. La casa corrisponde al 100% alla descrizione. La zona Ăš tranquilla, abbiamo dormito bene, c'Ăš un piccolo negozio di alimentari e bar a pochi passi e i supermercati sono a pochi minuti di auto. Consigliamo vivamente un soggiorno e siamo lieti di aver incontrato Francesco e la sua famiglia.

Perfect Stay

We really had a perfect stay in Francesco's apartment. We arrived very late from Switzerland in Catania but Francesco was so kind and waited for us. He had some water and fruits available for us and he had all the time needed for us to describe everything in the apartment. Also his tips where to go in Syracuse are highly appreciated. All was really fine and we had a perfect holiday. We really can recommend the apartment and for sure also Francesco as a perfect host.

Beautiful place in Sicily

The place was perfect for us (family of 4), very quiet, the house is in a good shape and off course the beautiful view from the terrace convinced us. Francesco was a perfect host. We arrived late, so no chance for to buy some food before we arrived, but Francesco had all the necessary, tasty food in the refrigerator to survive the evening and the breakfast next morning. He gave us great hints where to go and really cared very well for us.

Very nice stay

We were a family of four, including two teenagers. We stayed for a week in April. We found the house very clean and very comfortable. There is everything you need. Located in a very quiet place (of course you will need a car). Francesco is also a very nice host, very reactive and he provided very useful information and advice. I warmly recommend this loation.

zalig rustige plek met een mooi uitzicht

Francesco heeft ons, ondanks de storm heel hartelijk ontvangen in het mooie, knusse huisje. Zeer rustige buurt, met zicht op zee, ideaal als uitvalsbasis om te surfen in Arenella of Fontane Bianche of zelfs in Avola. Zeer goede bedden, comfort is prima alsook is alles heel netjes en prijs/kwaliteit in prima verhouding. We kregen ook heel goede tips, communicatie = prima!

clean, comfortable house in great location

This is a lovely house in a great location and Francesco is the perfect host. We arrived late on Sunday night but Francesco was there to meet us and spent the time to give us some great tips on the best places to go - the house was warm and super clean and he had left us supplies for a fine breakfast on the terrace in the morning. It is a great base for exploring the area - peaceful and away from the bustle of Siracusa but still close enough to make it easily accessible. We came in February and the weather was lovely - breakfast and lunch outside most days. The only thing I would change is perhaps a shower curtain (or a separate shower) to stop the water going everywhere - although there is an outdoor shower which I guess would be the main shower in the summer. We were sorry to leave and hope to return again soon

Wonderful for family getaway next to the sea and minutes from beautiful Siracusa

Very quiet and comfortable. Great place to relax.

Francesco met us at the villa and provided us with a tour of the villa and instructions on how to use the coffee maker, etc. He also provided helpful information on restaurants, beaches and sights to see. The villa is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and has lots of extras such as spices and olive oil, cleaning products, foil, etc. We were pleased to find fresh fruit in the fridge. There is an excellent snorkeling cove 10 minutes walk from the villa. Also, this is a great spot for star watching at night.

Fijne rustige plek!

Een heel fijn huis met prachtig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Bedden prima, er is zelfs airco en een ventilator in de slaapkamer. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt met pizzeria en klein supermarktje om de hoek. Francesco heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen en checkte regelmatig of alles ok was. Hij gaf ook een aantal tips voor in de omgeving en voor zijn liefde Ortigia, de oude wijk in Siracusa, de plaats waar hij zelf woont. Een absolute aanrader! En dat uitzicht... daar blijf je naar kijken...

Well maintained villa, with great views

Comfortable and very well looked after villa, with good facilities. Francesco is very helpful, and although he was away when we arrived, he kept in touch with us and ensured we had all we needed, arranging for a friend of his to meet us and show us round. The villa is just as the pictures show, and we had all our meals sitting outside on the terrace enjoying the views, and the peace. The villa is well equipped, with excellent internet, and air-conditioning. The pizza place up the road is great if you can't be bothered to cook, and for a quick take away snack at lunchtimes. The grocery store on the main road is also adequate for day to day needs. The surrounding area is pleasant for an evening walk (it was too hot during the day!), and there is plenty to visit in the area, Siracusa, Noto etc. We particularly enjoyed meandering round Ortygia in the evenings. We had a very relaxing week, in a property that is really everything you could wish for!

Angolo di paradiso mediterraneo

La bellissima casa di Francesco e Asta corrisponde in tutto e per tutto alla descrizione fornita. Confortevole ed arredata con gusto, Ăš dotata di tutto il necessario per quanto riguarda la biancheria, i prodotti per la casa nonchĂ© l’igiene personale. La climatizzazione presente in tutte le stanze e perfettamente funzionante Ăš stata particolarmente apprezzata nei momenti piĂč caldi della giornata. Particolare plauso va alla terrazza esterna godibile in ogni momento sia per l’angolo relax che per la consumazione dei pasti, sempre con una vista imperdibile sul mare. Inoltre il grande giardino alberato, tenuto con cura, conferisce alla casa la giusta privacy e zone d’ombra sempre gradite. In prossimitĂ  dell’abitazione due piccoli negozi di alimentari e una pizzeria & gelateria artigianale forniscono un ottimo supporto. Questo piccolo angolo di paradiso mediterraneo, vicino a deliziose calette, Ăš il punto di partenza ideale per visitare Siracusa e le cittĂ  del Barocco. Infine la gentilezza e la disponibilitĂ  continua del padrone di casa ha reso il nostro soggiorno sereno e piacevole. Grazie di tutto caro Francesco.

Lovely villa with amazing view and a perfect host!

The villa was perfect for us, very comfortable and private and at the same time nearby Syracuse to experience some Sicilian culture and food. Francesco offered us a warm welcome and did not only stay in contact, he really helped us out when our daughter needed medical attention. He arranged an appointment in the hospital and accompanied us there. For which we still are very grateful. We really enjoyed our stay in Plemmirio and would like to return to this lovely villa some day!

Beautiful, well maintained, clean and quiet, close to Siracusa

We stay at many different villas in our travels and must say, this was one of our favorites. Francesco was excellent at communicating with us at every step in the rental process and once we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed minus a microwave oven. The location was on an Unpaved road so drive slow and careful but we were able to find it no problem with our GPS. Francesco gave us recommendations for restaurants and the gelato is excellent at the pizzeria near the house. We enjoyed Siracusa and Otygia and Noto was easy to reach from the villa. We would recommend this villa to rent!

Super location. Everything needed in a house is present and such a warm wellcome!

Francesco's house turned out to be a very comfortabele place. Quite, clean. Even the groceries for the next day were present at arrival. Suggestions for trips, links etc were given. I would not hesitate to advise this location to my friends and family. Thank you, Francesco.
