You'll have endless opportunities for hiking and gold medal fly fishing throughout the spring and summer months, and Granby Ranch is only 13 miles away for wintertime recreation. Pole Creek Golf Club and Granby Ranch Golf Club are also nearby for golfers in the group. Lake Granby is 20 miles away.

Cathedral ceilings, an impressive window display, and a wood-burning fireplace create a light and bright ambiance for family gatherings in the great room. Free WiFi and a smart TV are equipped for home entertainment and there's also a telescope for evening stargazing. The upstairs loft is furnished as a home office for remote working convenience. The downstairs den offers another smart TV and a wood stove for flexible entertainment and comfort. The impressive full kitchen comes well-equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse-style sink, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The transformer dining table can easily be set up to accommodate the whole group for shared mealtimes. Convenient boot storage and coat racks are available in the front foyer. A changing table, Pack N Play, bottle warmer, and high chair are available to accommodate your little one's needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
