About This Space
This is a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit in a quiet Gig Harbor duplex. No shared walls, your own private entrance, and a huge fenced backyard out back. It's the kind of place that works whether you're here for a week or a few months, and yes, bring your dog.
The Space
You've got 1,000 square feet to spread out in. Both bedrooms have memory foam mattresses (King in one, Queen in the other) and USB ports on the nightstands so you're not hunting for an outlet at midnight. The living room has a 60-inch smart TV and the workspace has an adjustable standing desk, which comes in handy if you're here for work.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd actually need. There's a coffee station ready to go in the morning and plenty of storage so you can actually unpack and settle in.
The Backyard
The backyard is what people love most. It's fully fenced, surrounded by tall trees, and gives you real privacy. Great for dogs, great for morning coffee outside, great for just decompressing at the end of the day. It's a lot of outdoor space for a rental and guests notice it.
Pet Friendly (for real)
A lot of places say pet friendly and mean a small dog in a 400 sq ft apartment with no yard. This isn't that. There's a big fenced yard and we actually want your pets here. Bring Fido, let them run around. That's what the yard is for.

Staying a month or more? There's a significant discount for longer stays, up to 49% off the nightly rate. A lot of our guests are travel nurses, people relocating, or remote workers who need a real furnished home for a month or two without paying hotel prices. This place works really well for that.
Guest Access
The whole unit is yours. Both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living room, workspace, and the backyard. There's also free garage parking on the property.
The Neighborhood
Gig Harbor is a small waterfront town and this spot is in a quiet residential area that's still close to everything you'd need.
Easy freeway access, quick on-ramp to Highway 16 with Tacoma about 20 minutes away (with a toll)
15-minute walk to Cushman Trail if you want to get outside
Downtown Gig Harbor shops and the waterfront are a short drive
Close to St. Anthony Hospital, which is great if you're a travel nurse or here for medical
